These specifications require the classrooms to be built with perimeter frames instead of mobile home frames.

Steel foundations set in concrete

The perimeter frames are then welded to steel foundations set in concrete. This process is essential to the safety of the children inside.

As of July 22, 2019, Adams Home Center is the only approved vendor located within the state of Mississippi.
We are the only company licensed to do this kind of work who actually live and work in Mississippi.

Classroom Units

We have a full line of Used Modular Classrooms ready for lease or purchase. Some units are equipped with bathrooms and some are not, but we are able to customize any unit to your specifications.
These are some of our classroom dimensions and floor plans:
24 X 36 single with bath and shower
24 X 36 single with and without restrooms.
28 X 58 double with and without restrooms.
28 X 60 double with and without restrooms.

Office Units

Office Units can be customized to your specifications and equipped according to your needs. The exterior or store front design can also be renovated as your business requires.

Cafeteria Units

We have in stock two 30 X 90 used cafeteria units. They come equipped with kitchen, restrooms and a large dining area. Heating and cooling unit is not included and would have to be purchased separately. Also, cooking appliances and refrigeration units are separate.

Customized Units

We can also customize a modular unit to be utilized in any situation needed. Examples include deer camp, bunk house, recreational facilities, shower house, field house, locker room and large restroom facilities with or without showers.

Create your Modular unit

Start with a used classroom unit and add to it the features you choose. Inside features may include customized restrooms, showers, kitchens, storage rooms, closets, partitions, shelves etc.
Outside features are unlimited and can be customized to fit your needs. Add a storefront complete with signage or build a boardwalk between the entrance doors complete with overhanging shelter.
Choose your foundation. Options include all concrete or concrete and steel.
